History

This endowment was established in 2021 in memory of Jerry Pollard (J.D. '1982), a standout football player who excelled in the offensive line from 1971-1975. Jerry's leadership, talent, and consecutive North Central Conference titles left a lasting impact, as he was inducted into the USD Hall of Fame for football in 1998. Jerry was and will always be a member of the Coyote Brotherhood.

Fund Notes

Gifts will be used to support USD Athletics, subject to the following additional restrictions, if any: A scholarship award will be made each year to a student-athlete who is a participant on the Men's Football team and meets all USD requirements to be a student in good standing. Preference will be given to a student playing a position on the Offensive Line.
